Widnes Vikings captain Kevin Brown claims he is not interested in joining Cronulla Sharks and insists the club has not been in contact with him, despite speculation linking the Englishman with a move to the NRL’s bottom club.
The 29-year-old, who led the club to its first ever play-off berth thanks to Sunday’s win against Bradford Bulls, said he has no interest in leaving a club he’s “very happy” at.

“I’ve not heard anything about that move, there has been no contact,” he said.
“I love it here; I’m contracted here for a two more years and I’m not thinking about going anywhere else.”
