Wildcats v Broncos: The squads

London boss Joe Grima and new Wakefield coach James Webster have named their 19-man squads ahead of Friday’s night’s crucial relegation clash at the Rapid Solicitor’s Stadium.

The Broncos are almost at full strength, with only long-term absentee Keiran Dixon (three weeks from fitness) and Jordan Atkins (shoulder) out of contention.

On his side’s chances of getting off the mark against Wakefield, Grima said: “They are going to be very difficult to play. And they’re getting some really good players back. You’re always wary after a team changes a coach and Webby has been there for quite some time.

“We’re not going to change too much, we’re just worried about us, we’re not terribly worried about Wakefield.”

The Wildcats are also close to firing on all cylinders, with Wigan-bound Talima Tautai back in the 19-man squad for this crucial clash. Australian half-back Tim Smith, on loan from Salford Red Devils, is in line to make his second Wakefield debut while Lee Gilmour is also in contention.

Broncos: Mason Caton-Brown, Matthew Cook, James Cunningham, Josh Drinkwater, Ben Farrar, Alex Foster, James Greenwood, George Griffin, Max Herold, Olsi Krasniqi, Will Lovell, Nesiasi Mataitonga, Mike McMeeken, Thomas Minns, Scott Moore, Jamie O’Callaghan, Nick Slyney, Atelea Vea, Jon Wallace.

Wildcats: Richard Mathers, Paul Sykes, Pita Godinet, Scott Anderson, Paul McShane, Danny Kirmond, Danny Washbrook, Matty Wildie, Matt Ryan, Taulima Tautai, Jarrod Sammut, Lucas Walshaw, Daniel Smith, Jon Molloy, Nick Scruton, Chris Riley, Richard Owen, Lee Gilmour, Tim Smith.
